Zoya Dream Boxes Holo-Day Cheer and Eye Candy Review and Swatches

During the holiday season Zoya had an amazing sale. A gift box filled with three polishes of your choice for only $24 ($20 with an additional code for a brief time). With polishes labled at $8 each these polishes weren't discounted (aside from the brief time) but each dream box shipped free! So there was a savings of about $6. There were two choices; pick your own and pre- made (pre- made had quite a few choices). While i love options i go a little crazy when faced with endless options so i decided on two pre-made boxes - Holo-Day Cheer and Eye Candy. Holographic polish and shimmers! My favorites i just could not pass these up.

Each matte black box came with a black velvet insert for three polishes. So if you wanted to put different polishes in this box or take the insert out and use the box for something else, you can!

 The polishes shown above are from the Eye Candy box. Eye Candy contained Ivanka a shimmery, medium green, Charla a medium, shimmery, blue, and Mimi a rich purple shimmer with a bit of a gold reflection. Each one is high quality and applys opaque in about two coats which is surprising for a thinner type of nail polish. I love how this polish applys as it has minimal streaking which is a bit of a problem for some shimmery polishes.

 Zoya Dream Box Holo-Day Cheer-
This box contained polishes that are from the Zoya Ornate collection for holiday 2012. These polishes contain fine holographic pigments. Aurora a medium purple with holographic pigment, Blaze a bright red with holographic pigment and Storm an opaque black polish with holographic pigment. These polishes applied evenly, dried fast, had a decent amount of holographic pigment, and were opaque in about two coats.
