Mirenesse Lip Bomb 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 15 Review and Swatches

When i received my Ipsy bag for the month of October i got to try this great product that was a hybrid of lip gloss, lip stick, lip stain, and lip lacquer called a Lip Bomb by Mirenesse. I was so in love with this revolutionary product that i had to go and purchase (nearly) all of them! By joining their VIP club i was able to get all of these products at a very steep discount and will give more information about this interesting club in a future post.

Mirenesse Lip Bombs have a smooth and creamy formula that glides on the lips effortlessly. The applicator is a uniquely shaped sponge that allows you to define your lips while also filling them in. The application is highly pigmented and rich in color without feeling thick or sticky on the lips. You can blot these to produce a more matte appearance otherwise these will stay glossy on the lips for hours. I did not experience feathering since these are thicker than an average lip gloss, however, i did experience some color depositing with some of the lighter shades. When i pressed my lips together and then then opened them there was a thin line of color, which looked a little thicker. This doesnt last long though, after about an hour of wear this problem was no longer an issue. I would suggest applying the lighter shades just a little thinner. While wearing these my son accidentally hit me in my lip area and this product did not budge and kept it's shine! This is a high quality product that will leave you with lucious, colored, high shine lips that will last all day.

This shade is slightly different from the rest in that it is meant to be layered over other lip bombs to lighten or highlight them. Great for ombre lips.

The first thing i noticed about this product is the packaging. I love the intricate pink design, i think it adds a bit of an elegant feel to it. Details, details, details.

Fiesta Pout Paste-
Pout paste is super shiny, light weight, Lip Gloss. You can apply this with your finger but i have to suggest you apply this with a lip brush for precision and a polished look. Fiesta is a bright hot pink with a bit of fuchsia shimmer. Highly pigmented, can be built up from sheer to full coverage. No strange taste or smell. I loved how smooth this felt! At no point did i find it sticky. Since it is a gloss i only got about 3 hours of wear. What i liked most about this product is the color payoff when applied to bare lips. I think this is great on its own but i think it would also look nice layered over a lipstick such as Dulce Diva to allow the color to last longer. This product will make your lips feel moisturized but not wet. I did not find this product to feather or bleed, nor did i find it to amplify any lip flaws. This product made my lips feel softer than when i put it on so if you have normally dry lips and are worried about it showing through you really wont have a problem with this product.

Over all i would recommend Milan Rowe Fiesta Pout Paste to anyone who is looking for a bright and multidimensional gloss that can be sheer when applied lightly or opaque when built up. Can be layered over lipstick or worn alone. It is a great multi-use product. If you want to try bold and bright colors, Milan Rowe is a great place to turn to. You won't be disappointed.
