I cant even begin to tell you how much i fell in love with this product from the moment i saw it! Milani Powder Eyeshadow Palettes in Paint and Impressionist are reminiscent of the fun and funky brights of early 90's and the soft playful, pastels of the 80's.These palettes contain a functional array of highly pigmented shadows that can be blended or applied on their own. Even if the colors appear to brash or bright for you, having the ability to blend them with each other or with the generous amount of white in the center. In terms of formula this shadow does apply matte. When applied it can look a little chalky if built up too much but otherwise this product is smooth. The shadows are hard so they don't blend as well as higher end shadows but you can still get pretty creative on the lid. Over primer and on their own they are both very bright. Impressionist can be duped with Limecrime PALETTE D'ANTOINETTE.
