MAC Archie's Girls Betty Cream Soda Blush Review and Swatches

MAC Archie's Girls Betty Cream Soda Blush
The first limited edition, special packaging, collection for 2013 has landed! MAC Archie's Girls is finally here after months of waiting! This collection was separated into two sides- Betty and Veronica! Since Betty and Veronica have their own distinct styles MAC gave them two distinct color schemes! Are you the soft, pink, girl next door? Or, are you the ruthless, just a little spoiled, Veronica? Maybe a mix of both!

MAC Archie's Girls Betty Cream Soda Blush

Betty's soft, girly, girl next door style is absolutely reflected in this blush. Cream Soda blush is described as a light neutral coral. Very soft, decently pigmented, easy to build up or blend out, this blush is pretty dreamy. This is a great shade for spring or for just a natural flush of color on the cheeks. I did not find this blush too soft and found it to stay put on the cheek for all day wear - 6 hours. This pairs well with flatter me.

As for the packaging, it veers away from matte black and into glossy white with Betty's face adoringly eying Archie. In terms of limited edition packaging i think MAC did a good job in paying homage to the comic without being overall cartoon like.

Overall MAC Archie's Girls Blush in Cream Soda is a great choice in terms of a good neutral blush for everyday but also a nice choice if you like to collect MAC products with special packaging. You can pick up Cream Soda here!
