MAC Glamor Daze Collection Everything That Glitters Nail Lacquer |
I have a confession to make, I have never bought a
MAC nail lacquer. While i never doubted the quality of these polishes, i always felt when it came to collections i would rather stick to certain items. For the Glamor Daze collection, however, i simply could not pass up this polish.
Everything That Glitters not only stands out from the collection, but stands out as a unique color that would compliment any nail collection.

MAC Glamor Daze Collection Everything That Glitters Nail Lacquer |
Everything That Glitters is a black based polish with flecks of turquoise, pink, and purple glitter. The glitter is fine but the polish is thick with it. With about 2 coats you will have almost opaque coverage depending on how thick or thin of a coat you use. This polish shimmers but isn't in your face or over the top. I found it dried relatively fast, within 10 mins. It wasn't streaky but looked best with a top coat (as most polishes do) You can apply this over a black to use less coats or apply it directly to your nails. Since this polish is multidimensional these pictures do not do this polish enough justice.

Such a beautiful color! I'm one of those people who like a solid base color with my glitter, so I like the black.
ReplyDeleteHow do you find the longevity of the polish?
Same here, i don't like glitter that is "just" in like a top coat. The longevity for me (with a coat of Butter London Top Coat ) was a week, but i always chip my nails very easily since they are very thin, so i would say maybe 10-14 days before chipping for the average person, maybe longer on acrylic nails.
