Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo Metal Collection Review and Swatches

I am so happy to finally be able to bring you a review about a great drugstore brand that is not limited edition. I know some people are still having a little bit of a hard time finding these shadows but they are available on  target.com and walmart.com and are rolling out to most drugstores slowly. I still have not seen them anywhere near me in Brooklyn yet, so if you feel like you can not find them, you are not the only one.
If you are not familiar with the Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo formula it is a cream base that drys completely. It does not feel drying on the lid but it is dry to the touch. This product drys fast so it is best to keep your container closed when not in use. No base or primer is required for this product making it a one step eye shadow look. Very easy to blend but like i said they dry fast and once set they are a little harder to fix if you need to touch up. It is best to have the idea for your look ready to go before you use these. I always use a dense eyeshadow brush (from NYX or E.L.F) You can use these as liner as well since they are similar in formula to the L'Oreal Hip cream liners. So if you are looking for a great gold or silver liner you can use either Silver Strike or Gold Rush. These shadows will last all day on the lid. I fell asleep once with these on and they were completely in tact the next morning. Once set they do not smudge and remain creaseless even in hot weather and rain. These are seriously a must have.

55- Inked In Pink-
A soft metallic pink.

 60- Silver Strike-
A slight grey silver metallic.

 65- Gold Rush-
Bright yellow metallic gold.

 70 Barely Branded-
Soft metallic beige similar to the limited edition Barely Beige (which was just a touch pinker)

 75- Electric Blue-
A rich metallic navy blue.

Overall i really love the pigmentation and application of these new and non limited edition Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo's. They are very pigmented and bright. I like that all of them would blend easily with Electric Blue. The range is nice- from neutral and safe to bold and smokey.

Top- Electric Blue. Bottom From Left to Right- Inked in Pink, Silver Strike, Gold Rush, and Barley Branded. With Flash.
