While i do love primers, and blending, and using powder based eyeshadow, finding something simple is always a plus, i am a busy mom after all. This collection of of cream based, one step shadows, ranges from the bright and colorful, to the neutral and natural. Even metallic colors are thrown in! Even though i don't have the whole collection yet, i wanted to share with all of you the ones i do have and their uses.

The above swatches are all over plain skin. As you can see the top row is primary metallic colors all very shimmery and in different shades of gold/bronze/copper. Fierce & Tangy is a very bright and opaque orange. This shade is very warm on light tones and very bright on dark skin tones. The metallic colors are beautiful on all skin tones and can be blended to just glaze over your natural skin color or be painted on heavier to become completely opaque. The bottom row, while still slightly metallic, is more on the pure color side. Too cool being a pure white, Audacious Asphalt being a soft gray, Edgy Emerald a soft green, Tenacious Teal a beautiful almost turquoise color, and Painted Purple which is a very opaque purple.

As for how to apply these beauties i would not suggest using a sponge applicator as this will cause too much color to be soaked up and will be wasted. Since this pot comes with no applicator and you have to buy one anyone i would honestly say you should pick up this eyeshadow brush.  I swear by this brush and use it to apply nearly all of my shadows. Applying these creamy shadows with this brush gives me complete coverage or allows me to apply just enough for a wash of color. Great for blending, great for applying, and very soft. At only a dollar it is very much worth it. Much better than spending a dollar on sponge applicators.

The above is a quick look i did just to go to the store. I used Tenacious Teal, liner, mascara, and brow liner. This look took less than 5 minuets. While it isnt the most artistic that you can do with these shadows it is an example of a simple look that can be created on those "lazy" days.

This shadow lasted from when i put it on until i showered for a total of 14 hours without creasing, without bleeding, and without any fading. I am sure that this shadow would live up to its 24hr promise, however, 14 hours is extremely decent.

Have you checked out any of these shades? How was your experience?
