I recently received a coupon from Duane Reade for
Covergirl Lip Perfection. It was also on sale for a dollar off. Even though i am not a fan of covergirl lipstick i figured id try it, 5 dollars isn't so bad for something i may love or hate. I stood at the display for about an hour. I really wasn't impressed with any color and the ones i was impressed with i felt i already had them.

I choose fairytale for its name, I like things that are whimsical and this suited the mood at the moment. The packaging is sleek and i like that you can see the real color at the bottom of the tube. This makes shopping for lipstick much easier. This color is a light pink that i feel leans a little bit on the coral side. It applies smoothly, evenly, has medium pigmentation, and is a little glossy. Doesn't last that long on the lips, you will need to reapply every 2 hours, but if you like soft lipsticks, that deliver medium color, this is a good choice.

One of the best things about this lipstick is it moisturizes your lips while you wear it. So when you pull out the opaque good stuff, your lips will be ready.
